The Government of Ghana has received credit from the International Development Association (IDA) and grant from USAID in various currencies towards the cost of Ghana Commercial Agriculture Project (GCAP) which will from time to time be used to cover eligible payments for awarded contracts.

Procurement for the project is carried out in accordance with the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers dated January 2011; revised July 2014; Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers” dated January 2011; revised July 2014; “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006, as revised in January 2011, “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006, as revised in January 2011,and the provisions stipulated in the Financing Agreement.
